If sending a larger number of pictures, it is recommended that you send them to us only one or two at a time. The reasons are as follows:
Email servers are set up to effectively send smaller files (measured in kilobytes, not actual dimensions). Text messages are in this category and work very well.
Pictures are considerably larger in file size (kilobytes).
When pictures are sent as email attachments, especially when they are large in file size or in number, they can easily overwhelm the capacity of email servers.
The result often can be that your pictures appear to have been sent, but they are not received by the recipient.
To protect against this it is recommended you email your pictures to us only one or two at a time, in a series of messages.
Labelling each message with a short description (example: J. Smith house photos - 1 of 8) is of great value, as if any photos should not get through it will be simple for us to identify them and notify you for resending.
