Vang Cemetery preserves the graves of people who lived in the community over the last 100+ years, including those of many early Norwegian settlers. Among them lies "Ole Bakken" whose homestead became the site of the city of Camrose.

The cemetery is maintained by people in the community.

The first person ever buried here was Andrew Weflin who passed away Feb. 19, 1900.
